NOAM FAQs

The Noam water dispenser connects to your water pipes and conveniently sits on your counter.

Installation is free and done by Noam licensed representatives. All it takes is one tiny hole that connects the dispenser to your water source. The location of the hole depends on where you are placing the dispenser. The entire process — including a detailed explanation and demonstration of how it works — takes 15-30 minutes.

The Noam water dispenser offers you delicious, filtered water compliant with international standards. The stainless steel tank and advanced filter system ensure you get healthy and tasty water with every sip!

Our machines feature a 2 part filtration system. Please find a breakdown of the system below:

Filter 2: Model WSR 2002

The Noam dispenser has a sleek and modern look designed to fit neatly into your kitchen. The dispenser’s dimensions are H: 17.7” x W: 11.8 x D: 13”.

Safety is our number one concern! Hot water can only be dispensed while simultaneously pressing a safety button above the hot water preventing young children from accessing the hot water.

The dispenser is energy efficient. It also includes a sleep mode to save you even more power. The monthly cost depends on your daily use and how often you use the reboil function.

The water is always very hot and doesn’t require boiling before use. Enjoy a piping hot coffee at any time! If you want extra-hot water, the boil function will bring the water to a roiling boil within 20 seconds.

For detailed temperature information, please see tech specs.

The quick flow rate of 0.5 GPM means you will fill a cup in approximately 8 seconds. If necessary, pressure can be adjusted.

Bottles up to a height of 6.7” can be filled upright under the spout. By removing the tray you can fill bottles up to 8.2”. Larger bottles can be filled on a slant. Medium size pots can also be filled easily by moving over the tray.

Noam has halachic approbations from the greatest rabbinic authorities in the USA and Israel. The leading hashgachos in the US — CRC and OU — have reviewed the technology and given their kashrus stamp of approval. In Israel, Noam is found in the homes of leading rabbinic authorities and carries the hechsher and approbation of nearly every rabbinic authority.
