The Site is operated by Noam Water Technology Inc., a company formed under the laws of New York having an address at 12420 Metropolitan Avenue, Jamaica, NY, United States, 11415 (“Noam Water” or “we”). The words “user”, “you” and “your” in this Privacy Policy refer to a user of the Site.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We may collect information about the location of your device when you access the Site. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this information as “Order Information.” We also collect information using chat bots.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL NOAM WATER BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES.
• Corporate Reasons. In the event there is a change in the corporate structure of Noam Water including, without limitation, by merger, consolidation, sale, liquidation, transfer of substantial assets, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy, we may, in our sole discretion, transfer, sell or assign users’ information collected on and through the Site to one or more affiliated or unaffiliated third parties or successor in interest.

California Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine The Light” law (California Civil Code Section 1798.83) permits California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their Personal Information, if any, for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of Personal Information disclosed to those third parties.
